Mouth-Watermelon, Shrimp and Feta Cheese Salad


If you know me then you know I cook! But not looking to stand over a hit burning stove in the summertime. My main meals are pretty cool and refreshing and they tend to be cold. What better way to cook off than this delicious Watermelon, I LOVE watermelon, Shrimp with Feta Cheese salad.

It’s super easy and quick to make. Takes only about 20 minutes which leaves you enough time to do what you gotta do with family for the day! Keep in mind the amount is for a family or a two day serving.


2lb of medium shelled, deveined Raw Shrimp
1/2 of a 5lb Watermelon
5 cups of Feta Cheese
1 bag of Romaine lettuce
1tsp of dry Basil
Vinaigrette Dressing


1. In a 12″ skillet heat 2tbsp of dressing for 1 minute. Add shrimp and basil and cook thoroughly until opaque or done.

2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine diced watermelon and Romaine lettuce and 3 tbsps of dressing and toss until evenly coated. To serve, divide salad onto plates and top with shrimp!

3. Enjoy!!
