It’s the truth!
Water is life. Can’t live without it. I normally drink a fair amount between 3-4 8oz bottles a day but I know I need to drink more. It’s not very easy for me to drink a gallon a day, the bathroom breaks, ridiculous. I prefer to buy bottles, more of a mind thing I believe.
Now that I am breastfeeding I am trying to increase my water intake. I recently started buying alkaline water but these pockets can’t afford to buy the amount necessary for daily intake for the entire house.
So, I found a way around the cost, KEY LIMES!
Who knew that those tiny little limes packed such a powerful punch. Superfood!
Some acidic foods (lemons, limes and vinegar) will balance the pH levels in your body. Sounds crazy right?! I use lemons quite frequently but I love the taste of limes.
Key limes, the smaller limes, are an effective and cheaper way to alkalize your water. The benefits are outstanding:
