Below I’m sharing some lactation smoothie recipes that will aid in boosting your milk supply.
So let’s break this down. Please don’t get in your head that your cup must runneth over of breast milk. Milk goddesses are real but very rare in the nursing world.
Nursing is the only true way to keep your supply heavy and steady for your baby. Any pumping will cause your body to have an increase in your milk supply. We recommend pumping for back up feedings if you’re tired or have to be away for baby for an extended period of time such as work or date night, lol. Otherwise nurse whenever and as often as you can to make more milk.
